On 13 May, the Australian dairy industry will join the conversation when it convenes a special event that features voices from public health, science, climate action, nutrition, production and processing. The Dairy Sustainability Independent Summit Dialogue will reimagine dairy’s role in a sustainable food system and the outputs will contribute directly to the United Nations Food Systems Summit 2021. Whatever the future holds for food one thing is certain. An unhealthy diet is not sustainable. We hope the independent dialogue will trigger timely conversations about the global food system and spark game-changing ideas for collaboration that change food for the better.
