With the dawn of the plant protein revolution, pulses bring a nutritional factors and environmental benefits to complement existing ingredients. In this session we explore what has held pulses back over the years, which varieties are creating waves in the alternative protein industry and how Asia is uniquely positioned to benefit from the wider adoption of pulses.
