It aims to create a fresh new way of speaking about the opportunities and challenges of agriculture, nutrition and food that mobilizes the public and garners investment to accelerate SDG2 action. The campaign is not prescriptive but instead prompts the question “what does ‘good food’ mean?” for diverse stakeholders and geographies. In celebration of the United Nations Sustainable Gastronomy Day on 18 June, Nusa Indonesian Gastronomy Foundation, Climate Reality Indonesia, and Omar Niode Foundation organize an “Independent Food Systems Summit Dialogue” and asked “What Does Good Food Mean To You” to a number of enthusiasts and business actors in the fields of agriculture, food and culinary arts in Indonesia. Dialog Objectives: 1. To inform about and the United Nations Food Systems Summit. 2. To understand Good Food For All and record the opinions and reflections of each participant on what Good Food means. 3. To know the concept of Sustainable Gastronomy 4. To build a network of individuals who care about sustainable food systems and good food, and are committed to taking real action for humanity.
<thumbnail_url>https://summitdialogues.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/EFLYER-GFFA.jpg</thumbnail_url></oembed>
