We have only 10 years left. To ensure that we work together to transform the way Zambia produces, consumes and thinks about food the UN Secretary-General called for a food systems summit. The summit is an invitation to us all; from the worlds of science, business, policy, healthcare and academia, as well as farmers, indigenous people, youth organizations, consumer groups, environmental activists, to identify the most powerful ways to make food systems stronger and more equitable and to take action to transform Zambia’s food systems. Before, during and after the Summit, these actors will come together to bring about tangible, positive changes to Zambia’s food systems.
