Introduction to the objectives of the Food System Dialogues; Especially the Track Action 2: the Shift to Sustainable Consumption Patterns and identifying the problems that must be addressed; Unhealthy diets have become a major source of poor health and environmental degradation. Thus, conducting an evidence-based discussion based on experience and practice and coming up with a set of game-changers that would bring about a radical change with regard to the pattern of food consumption within the three work-streams of action related to food demand, food environment and food waste.
