Description
The Sub-National Dialogues are the second stage of the Member state Dialogues. These Dialogues invite administrations, private actors, and other stakeholder groups at the local level, particularly smallholder farmers, fisherfolks, consumer associations, women and youth, and SMEs. These also aim at creating an opportunity for them to validate the solutions for food systems transformation proposed in the last National Dialogues based on the local contexts, identify trade-offs, suggest their mitigation, and come up with possible options for collective actions that contribute to the national pathways towards sustainable, inclusive, and resilient food systems. Indonesian Sub-National food systems dialogues are divided into 6 Region: Papua, Sulawesi-Maluku, Sumatera, Jawa, Bali-Nusa Tenggara, and Kalimantan.
