A series of FSS Dialogues focusing on Action Track 2 « Shift to sustainable consumption patterns » will be convened by the Hub, to generate dialogues among stakeholders, to develop game-changing solutions based on existing good practice examples, to raise awareness among the public and to build interest towards collective actions.In this Dialogue, Martin Frick (Deputy to the Special Envoy for FSS), Gunhild Stordalen (Founder and Executive Chair of EAT, Chair of FSS-AT2), Francesco Branca (Director of the Department of Nutrition for Health and Development, WHO), Jian Yi (Founder and President of the Good Food Fund, Lead of Food Environments Workstream of FSS-AT2), Wang Zhihong (Deputy Director of the Public Nutrition Office of the Nutrition and Health Institute of the China CDC, member state liaison of China for FSS-AT2) and Lana Weidgenant (Youth Vice Chair of FSS-AT2) will give keynote speeches in the information session.The theme of the Dialogue is school meals. Kaia Engesveen (Technical Officer at the Unit for Nutrition Policy and Scientific Advice in the WHO Department of Nutrition for Health and Development) will introduce the Action Framework for Developing and Implementing Public Food Procurement and Service Policies for a Healthy Diet. And then three school meal programs in China will be introduced:[1] School Nutrition Improvement Initiative by China Development Research Foundation[2] Nutri-smart Canteen in Zhejiang University[3] « Meatless Monday » in Keystone AcademyParticipants will explore solutions to scale these good practice based on the vision and challenge of the existing programs in three group discussions.
