Ethnic cuisines and traditional ingredients can play an important role in sustainable and resilient (including climate resilient) food systems. They are also closely linked to our culture, tradition, history, identity, and environment. This discourse will focus on the role of ethnic cuisines and traditional ingredients on food security and sustainable food systems, and seek ways to promote them.
