Description
We are organising a 3 part webinar from March 11th to May 20th with students at University of Oslo supported by Centre for sustainable healthcare education.
The first webinar will share the conceptual ideas of Sustainable Food system as shared by the UN food system summit 2021.
The second webinar on 11th April will be with guest speaker Ms.Rujuta Divekar (Indian Nutritionist) & Prof Dan Banik (UiO) discussing on the topic « Cultural & Traditional eating habits contribute to a sustainable food system ».
The third webinar on 20th May will be with guest speaker Dr Lujain Alqodmani (EAT forum) & Prof Lene F Andersen (UiO) discussing on the topic « Modern food habits and how it affects the sustainable food system ».
