Descripción
Objectives of Dialogue:
- Discuss the issues and challenges of the current food systems, as well as the role of agroecology and small-scale organic production systems in dealing with these problems.
- Make use of the Independent Dialogue so that the voices of small farmers, as well as those who remain on the margins of international agendas, are considered at the Summit on Food Systems to propose pro-farmers, pro-people and pro-planet solutions.
- Make the point of view of small organic producers located in Latin America and the Caribbean known to the general public, so as to contribute to the different parallel and alternative forums to the summit.
