This Dialogue will explore how art and creative practices can support scientific dissemination and strengthen citizen engagement in the transformation of sustainable food systems. Hosted in Pollica, a territory closely connected to the cultural heritage of the Mediterranean Diet, the initiative will bring together researchers, artists, educators, youth, and civil society actors to foster interdisciplinary collaboration around sustainability, nutrition, and biodiversity. The Dialogue will examine the role of storytelling, visual arts, cultural activities, and participatory experiences in making scientific knowledge more accessible, inclusive, and impactful for local communities, bridging it with the context and activities of the SWITCH network.
