The World Union of Wholesale Markets (WUWM) and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) are organizing this event to collectively envision the path to a future with continuous supply of nutritious food to all, improve the collaboration between urban and rural food stakeholders, and find the best actions to take for the transition to a sustainable, resilient, healthy, and inclusive fresh food sector.

This dialogue is part of a series and all dialogues discuss some of the main issues and challenges wholesale markets and the fresh food industry are currently facing, where to be in 10 years from now, and how to achieve those objectives.

There will be four dialogues in this series to include voices around the world:

• April 8 – 5.00pm / 17.00 CET (in Spanish) – Latin America
• April 13 – 9.00am / 9.00 CET (in English) – Asia-Pacific
• April 14 – 3.30pm / 15.30 CET  (in English) – Europe
• May 3 – 3.30pm / 15.30 CET (in English) – Africa

A wide range of stakeholders will be invited to these dialogues.
