This is the second Sub-national Food Systems Summit Dialogue (FSSD) to be conducted in Port Moresby, National Capital District, Papua New Guinea. The PNG National Convenor (Department of Agriculture & Livestock) has invited stakeholders from the New Guinea Islands and Southern Regions of PNG to participate in a part virtual/part physical participatory session. The panel session will focus on three main ‘Action tracks’:

1. Building Resilience to Vulnerabilities, Shocks and Stresses
2. Shifting to Sustainable Consumption Patterns
3. Boosting Nature Positive Production

Key presenters include representatives from the Government of PNG, Non-government Organization, Private sector and other key stakeholder partners.

There are key questions that the panel members will respond to  and that is expected to generate discussions between participants.
