On 23 September 2021, the UN Food Systems Summit endorsed a comprehensive approach to transforming agri-food systems to combat poverty and hunger, reduce inequality, and preserve the environment.

To mark the World Food Day 2021, FAO’s Moscow Office, the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the Moscow State University of Food Production (MSUFP) are opening a Dialogue on the follow-up to the implementation of the decisions of the Summit in the Russian Federation, which will serve as an incentive for all stakeholders to follow the five Action Tracks proposed by the UN Secretary-General.
