This was a four days process. Day 1 to 3 the facilitation team utilized the district level tool that included data collection, analysis and reporting template. The second day, the facilitation team collected data from various stakeholder including government line ministries, NGOs, Projects, traders, makerteers, restaurants,  and small scale farmers. In addition another tool was used to get opinions from general public through walk-in interviews and community radio broadcast phone-in radio programmes. On the third   day facilitators analysed data and summarised key issues, challenges and recommendations for presentation at the district dialogue on day 4.

The district dialogues were opened by online sessions including address by the National Convener (OVP), an update on implementation of the roadmap for FS dialogues by NFNC, and a detailed presentation on Food System by FAO. Thereafter in-person dialogues took place with breakout discussion around the five action track where participants identified key issues, challenges and proposed action to strengthen FS.
