Description
With food safety being of crucial interest to the global population, we will be exploring ways in which information about the safety of our food can be improved and increased to reach consumers around the world more effectively. Key areas for discussion include:
- How can we ensure accurate, consistent and easy to understand information about food safety and make it available to all consumers by 2030?
- How can we ensure consumers across the world can identify the source of the food they buy quickly and reliably?
- How can we increase trust in food information from governments and official sources?
- How can the food industry ensure that there are sufficient skills and knowledge throughout its supply chain to prepare safe, nutritious and affordable food, even in times of disruption?
