Description
After the successful event “Farmers as Agents of Change” on January 20, 2021, the German National Dialogue on Food Systems continues with a next event. Here, we will focus on the topic of “What does food really cost?” and look at True Cost Accounting (TCA) approaches. What is behind True Cost Accounting? How are food prices set? What are the true costs of food production and how can they be recorded and evaluated? Answers to these and other questions will be provided at the event.
