Description

This food systems dialogue will examine the challenges and solutions for enhancing sustainability and resilience of regional food systems, producer communities and the supply chain. The dialogue will examine the nexus issues in food, water, energy, waste and digitalization. After a brief introduction by conveners and curators the participants will be divided into five discussion groups as detailed bellow

Sustainable Production and Consumption
Food Waste
Sustainable Nutrition and Diets
Assuring Sustainable Food Systems within Community and City Development
Sustaining Sustainable Development and Resilient Development of Food Systems

After the breakout rooms, participant feedback will be summarized and reported in the main room. All feedback will be collated and inputted in the Food Systems Summit feedback report for synthesis into the 2021 Food Systems Summit hosted in September 2021
