Description
The Secretary-General of the United Nations has convened a Food Systems Summit to be held in 2021. The UN Food Systems Summit aims to launch bold new actions to transform the way the world produces and consumes food, as part of the Decade of Action to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
As one of the most vibrant food hubs in Nigeria, Kaduna is bringing together experts, farmers, the Private Sector, Academics, Government, NGOs within in Food Value chains to proffer solutions that will hopefully dislodge our hunger crisis. Together we will be exploring how digitalization can impact the food systems in Kaduna State. The UN has given its assurances that our ideas and proffered solutions will be captured and analyze and where possible discussed during the global summit in 2021.
