Description
This dialogue explores how different sustainable diets contribute to transforming European food systems while promoting local traditions, biodiversity, and the health of both people and the planet. The discussion focuses on the role of communities and innovations that facilitate the spread of more sustainable food models, within the context of the SWITCH network and on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the UNESCO recognition of the Mediterranean Diet, presented as a prime example of integrated sustainability.
