Addressing food  systems and nutrition in Ghana must involve bridging the rural-urban, gender and north-south gaps. By 2030 and beyond, Ghana can be free from hunger and all forms of malnutrition if  we make a commitment to learn, share, and act for a robust and resilient food systems transformation.

Also tapping into the expertise and lessons of existing policies and structures will ensure every child, woman, person with disability irrespective of tribe, age and gender, can realize their right to affordable, accessible, safe and nutritious food, and reach their full potential. That will inevitably promote National Development.

HIRED Consult is organising this Dialogue to gather stakeholders to lend their ideas and insights to the theme under discussion, “Localizing Food Systems For National Development.”
